If you paid for a plumber to inspect your pipes and they found a blockage within our network, you may be eligible for a reimbursement of up to $500.
To receive reimbursement, the fault or blockage needs to have been attended and confirmed by one of our network crews or accredited contractors.
To make a claim, fill out the Plumbing expenses customer reimbursement form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your plumber’s receipt.
