My GWW and credit card payments will be offline from 8pm Saturday 9 May to 1pm Sunday 10 May 2026 while we complete scheduled updates. During this time, you can still pay your bill using BPAY or Post Billpay. Call 13 44 99 for billing support on Sunday between 9am-5pm, or to report a fault or emergency anytime - 24/7.

Changing an existing connection

Need to move a shower, toilet, sink or other fixture as part of your renovation? You might need to apply to change the location of your water or sewer connection.

A licensed plumber can carry out internal plumbing work for your renovation but you'll need our permission – and one of our accredited contractors – to change your property's water and sewer connections.

We usually need at least 10 business days to process residential applications and 20 business days for commercial or multi-unit properties.
