When you set up a business in a property you are leasing, you won't receive a bill from us.
The owner of the property is responsible for water usage and sewerage charges.
Depending on the terms of your lease agreement, the owner might decide to pass the charges on to you.
Fill out the form below to request all charges raised on a property are sent directly to the occupier as a third party.
Tenants that discharge trade waste are responsible for trade waste charges.
If you move or close your business, you’ll need to cancel your Trade Waste Agreement before you leave the premises. To do this you'll need to:
- have your grease trap emptied for the new tenant or owner
- call us on 13 44 99 to finalise your trade waste account
- send us confirmation via our Contact us page.
