Showerhead exchange program

You can exchange your old showerhead for a new water-efficient model if your property is in City West Water’s old service area.

Your new showerhead will:

  • decrease your water usage
  • lower your energy bills
  • reduce your environmental impact.

Exchanging your showerhead

  1. Before removing your old showerhead, download and complete the residential showerhead exchange form.
  2. Follow the steps outlined in our helpful video to remove your old showerhead.
  3. Take your old showerhead and completed form to one of our eight council locations.
