To make it easier for you to get support at a time that works for you, we’ve temporarily extended our call centre hours. You can reach us by phone Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm (closed public holidays).

Webchat and SMS are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (closed public holidays).

If you’ve got an urgent issue with your water or pipes, call 13 44 99. Our faults and emergency teams are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
