Public Interest Disclosure Procedure

We recognise the value of transparency and accountability in administrative and management practices

Greater Western Water is a public body subject to the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012 (the Act).

The purposes of the Act include encouraging and facilitating disclosures of:

  • improper conduct by public officers and public bodies (including GWW) and other persons
  • detrimental action taken in reprisal for a person making a disclosure under the Act
