My GWW and credit card payments will be offline from 8pm Saturday 9 May to 1pm Sunday 10 May 2026 while we complete scheduled updates. During this time, you can still pay your bill using BPAY or Post Billpay. Call 13 44 99 for billing support on Sunday between 9am-5pm, or to report a fault or emergency anytime - 24/7.

Trade Waste Acceptance Criteria

Our Trade Waste Acceptance Criteria outline the limits, quality and other characteristics of trade waste that we will accept.

The Trade Waste Acceptance Criteria should be read in conjunction with our Trade Waste Customer Charter.

NOTE: This document is split into 2 sections:

Appendix A details the Acceptance Criteria for customers discharging to the Western Treatment Plant or Altona Treatment Plant sewer networks (former City West Water).

Appendix B details the Acceptance Criteria for customers discharging to the Bacchus Marsh, Sunbury, Romsey, Melton, Riddell’s Creek, Gisborne or Woodend Recycled Water Plant networks (former Western Water).
