Register for eBilling

Residential customers can register for eBilling online.

Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your next water bill will be sent to your preferred email address.

Check you’re eligible for eBilling

You must be a residential customer.
You won’t be able to register for eBilling if your account begins with ‘999’.
If you have BPAY View set up, you’ll need to cancel it before registering for eBilling – call your bank if you need assistance.
If you're a business customer, call us on 13 44 99 to find out if your business is eligible.
