We heard from you that our customer care days in March and April made a real difference, so we're continuing to offer more face-to-face support. We'll be hosting more sessions over the coming weeks across our service region.
We know things haven't always run smoothly with billing recently. That's why we're here to make it easier for you to get help in person - and work it out together. You can speak with our team about:

support and concessions
managing your account.
With events at various times and locations, you can choose a session that fits into your schedule.
Translation services are available by phone, so language is never a barrier.
