If you’re a conveyancer or solicitor who experienced delays with information statements between 1 May and 31 December 2024, you may be eligible to claim a rebate on behalf of your clients. Simply fill out the form below to get started.
We aim to process applications within 10 business days, though complex cases may take longer.
You can include up to ten rebate claims in one submission. If approved, we’ll issue a single bulk payment for you to distribute to your clients.
The form is open until 31 December 2025.
Please note: This process is for conveyancers and solicitors who deal directly with Greater Western Water. If your applications go through Landata or Dye & Durham, please contact them.
