Accreditation Dispensation Requests are for organisations already Accredited that have at least 1 key person Accredited.
The organisation name should be as it appears on the accredited contractors or consultants list .
Dispensations will not be processed without a Greater Western Water (GWW) reference number (this can be found on your development deed application).
