Property owner moving in after renters

If you’re a property owner moving in after your renters have moved out, you’ll need to let us know.

Tell us at least two days before your move-in date.

We’ll arrange a meter read so all future water usage charges and sewage disposal charges are added to your bill.

What charges will you pay?

As the property owner, you’re already responsible for paying for services charges, Melbourne Waterways charges and special meter read fees.

Once you move into the property, you’ll also pay water usage charges and sewage disposal charges.
