The Lions Gisborne Festival is a free, inclusive and regionally significant annual event that brings the community together to celebrate the festive season. The event is held on the second Friday in December and runs for five hours (from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm).
The Festival attracts more than 4,500 people from Gisborne and the surrounding area, and 2025 is the Festival's 50th year.
