The Career Pipeline project will deliver a range of initiatives, including interactive educational programs and career expos to showcase careers in trades. Empowered Women in Trades’ mission is to see 30 per cent of on-the-tool trade roles filled by women and non-binary people by 2030.

This project seeks to collaborate with research professionals, citizen scientists, community and environmental partners to research water quality in urban and non-urban areas. The research will then be used to build a case for protecting the declining platypus population in the Werribee River.

This program aims to assist community members in need of food and supplies by providing 24-hour access to a fully stocked pantry. Located at the North Melbourne public housing estate, the food pantry is accessible to all community members. It will be regularly stocked by volunteers with food supplies from Foodbank Victoria and will also be set up to receive donations.

An 'All Ages Open Day' to celebrate and platform local musicians and artists with a disability. The event comes after a period of major construction works to install a lift and accessible bathrooms.

This event promotes canoeing on the Maribyrnong River as a great way of staying healthy and active. It will showcase Essendon Canoe Club’s all-access facility, allowing diverse groups to participate.

Now in its 4th year, this festival event brings together local organisations and businesses in a celebration of the different cultures of Flemington.

A gala on Neighbour Day 2025 to celebrate community and strengthen social bonds in the local residential area by engaging all segments of the community, especially new social housing residents, in activities that are welcoming, enjoyable, safe and interactive.

This program aims to create a safe and supportive environment where every child can develop their skills, build confidence and experience the joy of playing sport. This sponsorship will support the club to cover the registration and uniform costs for 30 children with disabilities, ensuring their access to soccer, while also investing in essential equipment such as balls and goals to enhance their playing experience.

The day brings people together to celebrate Irish culture and features music and dance performances, food stalls and activities and sporting events for children.
