Face-to-face billing and account support in Melton

Friendly, accessible Greater Western Water staff who can help with billing and account questions will be available to speak to customers at 10 in-person events across Melton next month.

The customer care days will be held in February at convenient venues including at libraries, community centres and family services in Melton, Fraser Hill, Thornhill Park, Hillside, Caroline Springs, Bacchus Marsh and Wyndham.

Greater Western Water General Manager for Customer Experience Terence Alvares said feedback from customers who attended previous customer care days had highlighted the professionalism, knowledge and attentiveness of staff there to help.

“We are committed to listening to your concerns and working to identify and resolve your account queries, which is why in 2026 we are providing more opportunities for our customers to receive face-to-face support where and when they need it.

“We have more than 100 Customer Care Days across our service region taking place throughout the year at locations near you. In addition, customers are also encouraged to take advantage of one of our in-office drop-in sessions, reach out online or give us a call.”

Greater Western Water customers in Melton can get face-to-face support in February.

Customer Experience Consultant Kellie said the Customer Care Days are fantastic for customers who prefer to have their enquiry or issue sorted in person.

“I really enjoy being able to help customers have a positive experience at our Customer Care Days.”

“At the events I’ve supported, I’ve never had a had a customer who has come to us with an issue in person and hasn’t left feeling happy,” said Kellie.

The 2026 Customer Care Day program will reach customers across GWW’s entire service area focusing on suburbs in three Local Government Areas (LGAs) each quarter.
