More Choose Tap fountains in Melbourne's West to help you be a refiller, not a landfiller

To make it easier for you to fill up your reusable drink bottle on the go, we’ve partnered with local councils and organisations to install Choose Tap drinking fountains in Melbourne’s West.
One of the easiest ways we can reduce our use of single-use plastic is to stop buying water in plastic bottles. Instead, remember to carry a reusable water bottle to refill while you are out and about.
To help you be a refiller, not a landfiller, the water fountains are conveniently located around our service area. They even feature a drink bowl for thirsty pets.
Australia’s tap water is clean, safe and some of the best in the world. Choosing to refill rather than buying single-use bottles helps to keep plastic waste out of our waterways and landfill.
There will be almost 50 Choose Tap drinking fountains installed by 30 June 2023. You can find your closest fountain using the handy tap finder.
