Greater Western Water (GWW) is reminding customers to help keep their account information safe and be alert for scams.
We're always working to protect your personal and financial information, and GWW’s Manager Customer Experience, Rohan Charrett, is encouraging customers to stay vigilant too.
“Delivering services you can trust includes keeping your information safe and secure, and helping you recognise and report scams.
“Our cybersecurity team monitors for scams and it’s important that our customers can spot the warning signs too,” he said.
“Unfortunately, scammers are always trying new approaches to capture people’s money or information – it's important to always check you are paying the correct business when you receive a bill.”
