Friends of the Organ Pipes

This project will collect data from audio recorders placed in the park and use it to identify actions to protect and increase the population of Growling Grass Frogs (listed as vulnerable in Victoria) and other frog species in the park.

Kismet Park Primary School

This project will improve sustainable water resources at the school including installing a new rainwater tank, replacing the existing irrigation pump and creating a student-safe place in the existing indigenous garden.

Altona Meadows Community Centre

The centre café provides 3-course meals to vulnerable members of the community once a week. This grant will help increase the size of their vegetable garden so they can share it with the community and support the cafe with more fresh produce.
