The Essential Services Commission has confirmed Greater Western Water’s prices to apply from 1 July 2022.
Trade waste is liquid waste that's generated by a food or industrial businesses. If your business generates trade waste, you'll need to hold a trade waste consent or agreement.
You will need a trade waste agreement with us if your industrial or manufacturing business discharges waste water to the sewerage network. Examples include:
It can be a good idea to check water pressure and flow before you connect your property to our network or start any plumbing work.
Apply online if you need us to check your property's water pressure and flow. Make sure you include a detailed site plan showing the proposed tapping location. We'll provide you with a report of our findings.

We provide a free translation and interpretation service for non-English speaking customers. Just call 9313 8989 and tell us your preferred language to connect to an interpreter.
For hearing impaired customers. we offer the National Relay Service on 13 36 77.
