We’ll maintain the sewer main and any pipes a metre from your property’s boundary.
If the sewer main is within your property’s boundary, we’ll maintain the sewer main and any pipes up to 1 metre from the edge of the sewer main.
When the inspection shaft on your property is within 1 metre of your property’s boundary, we’re responsible up to the Inspection Opening (27A fitting).
As the property owner, you are responsible for ensuring the inspection shaft is accessible and above ground at all times.
