The Victorian Essential Services Commission (ESC) regulates the prices we charge.
Our current prices and charges are based on the price submission determination approved by the ESC for Greater Western Water in June 2024.

If you can't pay your full bill amount all at once, you can pay a smaller amount, any time, without a formal payment plan. Just remember, any remaining balance is still due by its due date.
